THE GUTTER INSTALLATION PROCESS

Installation:
On arrival our foreman will inform you as the customer of our arrival and confirm work instructions handed to him via our workshop foreman.
Together our installation staff have years of experience in the field of Chromadek/Aluminium cladding and installation of seamless aluminium gutters.
Gutter Installation Materials
We take pride in what we do and therefore we only use the finest available materials during the installation process giving our customers peace of mind knowing we are installing the best available materials.
Hulamin Gutter Coil
Only the finest materials are used during the installation process. Both our coil and gutters are SABS approved Hulamin products.

Warranty & Guarantee
All of our products are guaranteed for a period of 15 years. All guarantees and warranties are handed to the customer after the installation process. Guarantees and warranties are transferable should the home owner sell the property with guarantee and warranty period.
Gutter Brackets
Internal gutter brackets are spaced at intervals of 500mm. In areas with severe strong wind conditions we bring down our spacing to 400mm.

Dow Corning Silicone
We have found that the most critical part of a gutter installation is the sealing of mitred corners and end caps / stop ends. We use only Dow Corning 813 Silicone during the sealing process. Dow Corning Silicone was specifically formulated for use in the aluminium gutter industry.
